Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms &amp; Conditions govern the supply of food provisions, technical spare parts, marine consumables, and related services provided by Roza Marine Services Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Orders &amp; Acceptance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders become binding only upon written confirmation by Roza Marine Services Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must provide accurate vessel, port, and delivery information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices exclude VAT, customs duties, port charges, and delivery fees unless specified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or logistics costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date \/ advance payment required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments may incur statutory interest under Cyprus law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to suspend deliveries for overdue accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery is subject to port regulations and vessel schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the vessel or its authorized representative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for delays caused by port authorities, customs, weather, or force majeure events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Inspection &amp; Claims<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022   Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.\n\u2022   Claims for shortages or defects must be submitted within 48 hours.\n\u2022   Claims must include documentation and photographic evidence where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective at delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spare parts may only be returned with prior written approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods supplied shall conform to agreed specifications at delivery. Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law:<br>\u2022 Roza Marine Services Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.<br>\u2022 Total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or port closures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Governing Law &amp; Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
